We are looking for Concierge professionals for our multifamily properties.

Compensation starts at $20.00 per hour

The Reside Concierge Program is integral to the overall branding and services package that defines and creates the Reside lifestyle. Reside concierges offer a long list of amenities to residents, bringing a level of convenience, service, and community typically unavailable to renters in Chicago neighborhoods. The Reside Concierge performs as the initial point of contact for management and leasing interaction with residents and prospects.

Greeting and registering guests and prospective residents

Monitoring security systems and security cameras

Key date reminder service

Planning of resident events

Provide walk-in traffic with appropriate rental information

Respond to resident emergencies and contact on-call maintenance staff

Take and forward or enter service requests from residents

Call residents for follow-up to completed service requests

Manage and enter community information into CFR systems

Creating and coordinating residents parties and functions

High School diploma or GED

Required: One year or more of customer-facing experience in hospitality, retail sales, or luxury services.

Property management, leasing, community management, or administrative assistant experience welcome

Impeccable attention to detail, pride in the quality of work, and energy

Comfortable working alone but excited to work on a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Have constant need (66% to 100% of the time) to perform the following physical activities:

Constantly perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting and traveling between properties.
