Real Estate and Land Use Attorney Needed
Union City, New Jersey - Minimum 3+ years of experience in land use and real estate law.
Salary : $100,000 - $165,000 per year, with base plus commission/origination program and discretionary bonus potential. Unlimited medical/dental/vision, life/AD&D, FSA, 401(k) with profit‑sharing, PTO.
Represent clients before planning and zoning boards.
Advise on zoning changes, variances, special permits, and tax abatements.
Handle site plan approvals, redevelopment, and related real estate documentation.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in land use, zoning, or real estate law.
Comfortable appearing before municipal boards.
