Bartender Position

Cozy and energetic dining room offering a Mediterranean inspired menu feature wood-fired pizza & pasta. We currently have full-time and part-time opportunities for experienced bartenders. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch food hospitality and are looking for the best of the best to be a part of our team.

Experience in upscale, high-volume, full-service hospitality is a plus!

Professional knowledge base of classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine

Ensuring accurate accountability of food & beverage sales to each guest

Ensuring that bar area is properly inventoried and stock for the following shift

Base knowledge and understanding of the culinary menu

Keeps an efficient work pace that allows guests at the bar and in the dining room to be satisfied at all times

Have a general knowledge and understanding of Delaware Department of Health for food safety standards

Enjoys providing great hospitality

2+ years' experience working as a bartender

Ability to work nights, weekend, and holidays
Must possess Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card
Knowledge of a second language is a plus
