Restaurant Cook 2nd shift
BLACK ROOSTER BISTRO
Black Rooster Bistro in Hudson, WI is looking for one cook to join our small tight knit team. We are located on 516 2 nd Street. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Benefits
No Late nights, kitchen close at 8:30 on Sunday and Wednesday, 9:00 Thursday-Saturday.
Closed every Monday and Tuesday so guaranteed two days off in a row.
Responsibilities
Set up workstations
Cook dishes to restaurant's standards
Follow health and safety guidelines
Prepare ingredients for use during shift
Work with the chef to create new seasonal menu items and specials
Help manage the evening shift
Assist in filling out the daily prep list
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a cook
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
Strong attention to detail
Ability to listen and communicate effectively
Strong understanding of ordering
