Truck Unload And Replenishment Prep OutfitterThe Truck Unload and Replenishment Prep Outfitter drives store efficiency by managing the receiving dock and staging merchandise with precision. This role focuses on unloading freight safely, pulling replenishment items accurately, and staging inventory by department. Your work directly prepares the merchandise for the overnight task team so they can work without delays. Supports a strong commitment to world-class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.Unloads incoming delivery trucks safely and efficiently.Sorts mixed freight by department to speed up handling and streamline stocking.Maintains inventory accuracy through systemic replenishment.Pulls accurate systemic replenishment merchandise and stages for overnight task team to stock.Interacts with other outfitters and customers in a friendly, positive and professional manner.Communicates inventory flow needs clearly with the overnight task team.Follows all Company policies and procedures.Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and seasonal demands.Other duties as assignedExperience/Qualifications:High School Diploma or EquivalentKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.Travel Requirements:Occasionally operate machinery and/or power toolsOccasionally operate motor vehicles or heavy equipmentOccasionally communicate with others to exchange informationOccasionally move objects up to 100 pounds or moreOccasionally work in tight and confined spacesOccasionally work in low or high temperaturesOccasionally work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and windOccasionally work in noisy environmentsOccasionally work in hazardous conditionsOccasionally work in small and/or enclosed spacesIndependent Judgement:Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
