Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in an oncology unit, including administration of chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions
Monitor and assess patients in a progressive care/oncology setting, identifying and responding to changes in condition
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
Minimum of 24 months of Oncology experience, with experience within the last 12 months
PCU (Progressive Care Unit) background with Oncology training
Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
Oncology skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
