Barback-Casino Bar

Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.

Responsible for assisting in the training of all team members and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Provide feedback on other Team Members performance so that management can address.

Be able to prep, cook and package all items served from kitchen.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned area including sweeping and mopping of floors, trash removal and cleaning of kitchen equipment.

Maintain and restock all food supplies and items in kitchen.

Assist beverage managers with food inventory and ordering.

Maintain records and stock levels of goods.

Ensure proper rotation of food product to eliminate waste.

Operate hand truck and two wheel dolly.

Complete a daily inventory and submit an order to par to the beverage manager.

Note any discrepancies on the invoice and report it to the beverage manager.

Stock the kitchen and all items at beginning and end of shift.

Log all product removed from the dry storage freezer to the kitchen.

Deliver product to the casino bars.

Empty trash bins in kitchen/bar area and transport to proper refuse bin.

Responsible for informing beverage manager on duty of any problems.

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

Must be able to handle a flexible schedule.
