Favorable Call Schedule:

Shared 1:7 call rotation with APP, hospitalist, and 24/7 URO tech support

for streamlined patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

:Competitive Compensation: $550K - $710K+ $100,000

signing bonus plus additional quality incentives

Pay and pay ranges are based on 1.0 FTE, and by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

Up to

$15,000 relocation

Student Loan Repayment Assistance:

Up to $300,000

CME allowance with rollover opportunities and mentorship support

Qualifications

:Degree:

MD / DO

Certifications:

BC or BE in Urology

Licensure:

Active MN license or ability to obtain one

Experience:

Open to experienced physicians or new grads with mentorship available
