We're Looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant: As the Certified Nursing Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care for our Members. Responsible for delivering person centered care based on the needs and interests of residents and members while preserving their dignity and quality of life.Assist residents with activities of daily living which include, but are not limited to, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, transporting, and transfers.Assists residents with dining to include escorting, transferring, order taking, serving, feeding, meal preparation, and clean up.Assist with housekeeping services, including but not limited to, bed making, trash removal, laundry, room and bathroom cleaning as needed, and requests from residents.May include, but is not limited to, activities, craft/game groups, life skills, daily pleasures, and one on one interaction.Escorting residents to scheduled programming. Encourages daily participating in scheduled programming.Participates in and attends all in-service training and education programs as scheduled.Communication – Demonstrates an ability to effectively and regularly transfer information to necessary parties to improve the quality of work and to provide the supervisor with actionable, accurate data.Seeks additional work when they have capacity. encourages others and asks for help when needed. Professionalism – Ensures service is delivered on time and is of the highest quality. Presents themselves in a manner which enhances the brand image.
