Hospital Phlebotomist Part Time

We are seeking a Phlebotomist to work in our client's office setting. You'll provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections, and be the face of the company. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm (additional hours/days may be requested as needed).

Employees scheduled 20+ hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part‑time employees scheduled fewer than 20 hours are eligible for the 401(k) Plan only. PSTs may be eligible for the PST Incentive Plan, a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.

Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.

Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.

Process billing information and collect payments when required.

Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.

Provide superior customer service to all patients.

Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.

Travel to additional sites when needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred.

At least 1 year of clinical/hospital phlebotomy experience preferred.

Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.

Comfortable working under minimal supervision.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
