Board Certified Behavioral Analyst – BCBA

The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst – BCBA to work with young adults and adults in the CBDS (Community Based Day Supports) program and our shared living and outreach program. These individuals will have mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and some behavioral difficulties.

Your role as a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst – BCBA:

The Behavior Analyst is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who facilitates Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports (PBIS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and behavior analytic services for the above listed programs. The Behavior Analyst provides relevant training to management and staff.

Data compiling and analysis, guiding and supporting the management team regarding the clinical and behavioral needs of persons served.

Assisting with the data collection to facilitate the medication management process.

Supervision and support of RBT Staff.

BCBA Certification and licensed in the State of Massachusetts is required.
