Key Responsibilities of a CNA:

Provide comprehensive and compassionate assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, serving meals, assisting with feeding, ambulating, turning, and positioning residents.
Maintain immaculate and safe living environments for all residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Complete all required reports and records promptly and accurately to ensure continuity of care.
Perform all duties meticulously in full accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility policies.
Collaborate effectively with the nursing and leadership team, executing other duties as assigned by the Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Flexible Scheduling to help achieve work-life balance.
Excellent Shift Differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Licensure/Certification: Must possess an Active and Current WI Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Compliance: Must meet all state requirements for licensure/certification/registration and successfully comply with state health care worker background check requirements.
Basic computer knowledge is beneficial.
Experience: Previous long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated, qualified new CNAs!
