Summary:
SUMMARY:
Responsible to assist with the supervision of operations which may include kitchen equipment, facilities, and staff. All of which ultimately enhances every interaction for our guests and employees; customer service is our top priority for both internal and external guests.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE)
- High School diploma or equivalent AND a minimum of 3 years cooking experience with solid background in more than one concept.
- Good knowledge of all line cooks stations and ability to perform them efficiently.
- Good communication and motivation skills.
- State sanitation certification.
- Must maintain confidentiality.
