Physical Therapist - Full Time - Home Health Care

As an Onsite Physical Therapist in the Home Care division, you will work directly in patients' homes, creating a personalized environment that enhances comfort and promotes healing. The role offers a flexible work schedule, allowing therapists to choose their hours from Monday to Friday. This arrangement enables you to balance your professional and personal life while making a direct impact on your patients' lives.

Utilize a variety of rehabilitation methods, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and advanced modalities, to effectively address pain and mobility challenges.

Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment plans, patient responses, and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, networking, and participating in professional organizations.

The Physical Therapist will work closely with a varied patient demographic that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. A Doctorate's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.

Current state license to practice physical therapy in Florida.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.

Proficiency in word processing and basic computer applications to maintain patient records and documentation.

A flexible and adaptive mindset, capable of dealing with varied patient needs and environments.

While prior clinical experience is not mandatory, candidates with internship or practicum experience in orthopedic settings will be preferred. The desire to continually learn and grow in the field of physical therapy is highly valued.
