Patient Monitoring: Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs, telemetry, and critical metrics.

• Administer complex medications, IV therapies, and titrate drips as ordered.
• Specialized Care: Care for patients recovering from surgery, cardiac events, or those with complex conditions (e.g., vent patients, stroke patients requiring neuro checks).
• Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams (physicians, therapists) to develop and implement care plans.
