The company you have known as Gardner Denver High Pressure Solutions has a new name – GD Energy Products. GD Energy Products is looking for a Supplier Quality Engineer to work in either Fort Worth, TX or Tulsa, OK.

The Supplier Quality Engineer will manage the raw material supplier quality processes and relationships to ensure materials, parts, and services meet the highest standards that GD Energy Products is known for in the oil and gas industry. This position will interact with internal and external teams to improve the supplier performance, investigate and resolve defects, and drive continuous improvement in the quality process.

Conduct audits of supplier processes to ensure compliance to all quality and regulatory requirements.

• Owns the vendor performance metrics. Partners with Marketing, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to address supplier focused opportunities.
• Analyzes data to identify trends in product quality or defects with the goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.
• Support and maintain the requirements related to keeping the site ISO 9001:2015 certified.
• Comfortable with an expected travel schedule up to 50%.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to serve as a liaison with developers, project managers, and customer support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• SAP experience is strongly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline required.

• Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
