Electronics Calibrator

Our client seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Calibration Technician to join their team in Dallas, TX. The Electronics Technician is responsible for inspecting, repairing, testing, calibrating, and verifying customer instruments to ensure they meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong technical aptitude in electronic circuit troubleshooting, calibration, and product repair, as well as the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.

Inspect, repair, test, calibrate, and install assemblies and finished products to ensure conformance with specifications and quality standards.

Handle materials and components in accordance with established safety and handling procedures.

Perform electrical circuit analysis including analog, power, high voltage, and digital systems.

Set up and use measurement and test equipment such as digital multimeters (DMMs), oscilloscopes, insulation testers, and power supplies.

Determine root causes of equipment failures, identify appropriate solutions, and complete repairs.

Ensure customer satisfaction and timely turnaround on all equipment and services.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in product repair, service, or troubleshooting complex electronic products.

Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering drawings.

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues.

Excellent soldering skills and knowledge of soldering standards and techniques.

Experience with product test and calibration methods.

Capable of completing repairs and processing customer credits with minimal supervision.

Proficient with PCs and standard software applications; experience with SAP preferred.
