Join us to be part of a team that is at the forefront of engineering innovation, delivering intelligent insights and empowering stakeholders to achieve hyper-productivity and sustainable growth.Job DescriptionIn the assigned Job Role of Engineering Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Elicit and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable specifications for the team Participate in design meetings, create initial design concepts, and support the development of design sketches and models using established engineering tools and techniques Participate in iterative engineering design cycles, refine prototypes, and coordinate with teams to implement feedback effectively Develop and refine solution specifications and perform validation activities, including simulations, to ensure that engineering solutions meet design specifications and criteria Build and refine prototypes, incorporating testing results and feedback received from cross-functional team, to enhance functionality Undertake technical integration efforts, ensure system functionality, identify and resolve interoperability issues Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and assist in organizing knowledge-sharing sessions among team members Your contribution to the team: A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. Ability to analyze complex requirements and propose effective solutions basis engineering tools and methodologies Innovative mindset to address challenges and improve processes in line with industry trends Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharingRequired Skill and ExperiencePerform RCCA using 8-D, fishbone diagram and 5 Why’s• Create and review process verification instruction and manufacturing work instruction.• Customer specification interpretation• Ability to plan and coordinate value additions/improvements to the existing shop floor support.• Ability to perform design reviews to ensure that quality is engineered into the product.• Capable to coordinate and present the solution to approving team including the customer.• Participates in design and product reviews to ensure that producibility, inspect ability, reliability, safety, Quality System integrity, and business process management objectives are met• Communication with all teams (engineering, tooling, production, quality) to assure the product is completed correctly and on schedule to the customer.• Present Investigation documents and Process with leadershipPreferred Skill and ExperienceKnowledge of Aerospace industry and standards• Blueprint reading ( 2D drawings)• Strong oral and written communication skills• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering Typically, 2 to 5 year of experience in an Quality engineering classification / position Microsoft Office - advanced skill level Knowledge of Aerospace industry and standards Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
