CNC Programmers - Manufacturing

a full-service engineering and manufacturing company located in Hauppauge, NY, is seeking a CNC Machinist for our Machine Shop.
Set up and prepare CNC machines for operation, including loading materials, selecting appropriate tooling.
Operate and monitor machine operations to ensure parts are produced according to quality standards and specifications.
Conduct regular inspections of machined parts using precision measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications.
Make adjustments to machine settings and tooling as necessary to maintain quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn components.
Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
Familiarity with CNC machine operation and setup procedures.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship in machining preferred
Minimum of 1 – 3 years of experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

Salary Range: $22.00 per hour - $32.00 per hour
