Technical Recruitment Sourcer

We are seeking a Technical Sourcer to join our growing recruiting team at our Menlo Park, CA headquarters! Utilizing various sourcing strategies and tools, you will engage with passive candidates and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple technical disciplines for the roles that you are assigned
Review and screen incoming applications, assessing candidates' qualifications and alignment with position requirements
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a steady flow of talent
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies to identify candidates for open positions
May be involved with relevant talent forums to identify/target talent
5+ years technical sourcing experience in-house and/or at an agency
Solid sourcing fundamentals and fluency with recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or Seekout.
Experience with applicant tracking systems, uploading sourced candidates and facilitating movement through interview stages
Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging candidates that result in hires
Any amount of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
Experience with Ashby (ATS)
