We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to patients managing orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll enjoy a balance of autonomy and interdisciplinary collaboration, with resources designed to help you provide outstanding patient outcomes.

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members
Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic medical records
