Waitstaff (Evening Shift)

Position Overview: IHOP is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing our guests with exceptional dining experiences by delivering friendly service, efficiently taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. If you are passionate about food, hospitality, and making people smile, we want to hear from you! Accurately take and process customer orders using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that plates are prepared and garnished according to IHOP standards.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Handle cash and credit card transactions, processing payments according to company policies.

Follow all safety, sanitation, and health regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the food service industry.

Previous experiences as a server or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.

Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain any required permits or certifications

Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods.

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
