Implement and monitor comprehensive care plans while carrying out physician orders.
Care Coordinator: Act as the primary link between all disciplines to ensure seamless, well-coordinated patient care.
Maintain a secure environment by proactively managing hazards and emergency responses.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
