This role involves a commitment to patient care through assessment, intervention, and monitoring in fast-paced environments.Responsibilities\n \n Assess patients' clinical conditions, identifying and interpreting serious situations to prioritize immediate actions.\n Initiate appropriate measures in emergency situations when a physician is not immediately available.\n Operate and monitor general and specialized emergency care equipment, including infusion pumps, pulse oximeters, ventilators, and cardiac monitors.\n Administer therapeutic measures as prescribed, including medications, IV therapy, respiratory therapy, and mechanical ventilation.\n Record observations, nursing interventions, and therapeutic measures administered, coordinating activities between nursing and other professional disciplines.\n Document specific health care requirements for patients, preparing assignments for team members that align with patients' care needs.\n Plan and develop care delivery, implementing care plans and coordinating the documentation of care.\n Ensure adequate supplies and equipment are maintained, supporting the general upkeep of the unit and preserving a safe environment.\n Schedule\n 12-hour shifts are required for this position.
