**Job Title: Caregiver****Job Description:**

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities. This role is crucial in enhancing the quality of life of our clients by offering personalized care and companionship.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist clients with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Plan and prepare meals according to clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ health status to healthcare professionals or family members.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

**Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in caregiving or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Caregiver or in a similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical demands and work flexible hours.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
