Registered Nurse (RN), Nursery Women's Services Nights | Part Time | 6:30/7:00 | Rotating Weekends

Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Performs plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, as well as other medical care treatment
Documents patient care given.
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists patients with performing activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Collaborates as needed across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
Works as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient
Review and comply with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.

Associate's degree in nursing required; bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Current RN to practice/work in the state of Kentucky;
Experience in Nursery Women's Services is preferred
E. certification OR obtained after 6 months of nursery experience but prior to completing 12 months of nursery experience.
