Graphic Designer (Contract/Freelance) – Hybrid

We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract/freelance basis. If you have a strong eye for design, a solid portfolio, and thrive in a flexible hybrid work environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for digital and print materials.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling, on‑brand designs.

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.

3–5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma.

A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work.

Experience with both digital and print design preferred.

Location: Hybrid – combination of remote and on‑site work.

Type: Contract/Freelance engagement.

Level: Mid‑level (3–5 years experience).

Complete a working interview by designing an original logo for a cannabis brand called “916”.

This exercise gives us a look into your creative style and helps us gauge your understanding of the cannabis industry – its culture, audience, and visual language. A logo concept for “916” rooted in cannabis culture.

At least one primary logo variation and one alternate/secondary version.

A brief explanation (a few sentences) of your design choices and inspiration.

Top submission wins the contract – and a full‑time role. The strongest design will be selected for the contract position. Additionally, the winner will be offered a full‑time designer role with our team.
