Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid (Center & Home)
Full‑time | $80,000 - $100,000 annually | Worcester, MA & surrounding areas.

As a Hybrid Center‑Home BCBA at CAS, you will lead clinical programming and supervision across home, center, and limited remote settings. You will collaborate closely with families, technicians, and interdisciplinary partners to deliver consistent, high‑quality ABA services across environments.

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop data‑driven Behavior Intervention Plans.

Provide ABA services across home, center, and remote settings.

Deliver family training to promote skill generalization across environments.

Monitor, analyze, and apply behavioral data to guide clinical decision‑making.

In some regions, supervise associate clinical supervisors or BCBA candidates accruing hours.

High‑quality, ethical, and consistent clinical care.

Data‑driven decision‑making and meaningful client progress.

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.

Current BCBA certification in good standing.

Minimum of 2+ years of ABA experience, preferably with supervisory responsibilities.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Bilingual Spanish a plus.
