Employee Assistance Program

Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician in manufacturing industry.

A working knowledge of programmable logic controllers, hydraulics, electrical, pneumatics is required.

A proactive and action-oriented nature, relative to reaction to emergencies as well as preventative and predictive maintenance.

Demonstrated high level of enthusiasm, perseverance and success building cross-functional teams.

Supplier relationships and self-directed to get the supplies required to repair equipment.

Highly organized with solid Project Management planning experience in fast paced environment.

“Initiating, implementing, and managing the plant maintenance and tool and die program based on best practices with an emphasis on machine up time, planning/scheduling, and preventative/predictive maintenance.

Monitoring the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiates reordering when necessary.

Maintaining and improving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program to continuously drive to minimize unplanned downtime and cost.

Preparing reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving coating operations and solving maintenance-related problems.

Managing tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of assembly equipment.

Reviewing the operation of assembly equipment and systems constantly to minimize unplanned downtime, solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Tracking, analyzing, and improving key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance cost, PM compliance, schedule compliance, etc.
