We are seeking an experienced recruiter to join our dynamic global recruiting team driving competitive advantage through our people. Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and candidate profiles; Align sourcing plans with business goals and collaborate with sourcing teams to build strong talent pipelines.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and delivery of high-quality shortlists.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resoures, Business Administration or related field.

10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across a variety of industries and functions

Experienced and comfortable sourcing independently and creatively (i.e. beyond LinkedIn)

High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Passionate about people and a natural instinct to help others, go above and beyond, and think ahead
