Job Title: Compliance Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Engineer to accelerate the market introduction of various products and product variants through proficient handling of UL certification processes. The ideal candidate will streamline existing processes and expedite the completion of ongoing projects.

Serve as the primary interface with UL for product and system certification.

Collaborate with the R&D Product Team and System Designer to achieve UL and CE compliance.

Focus on customer satisfaction and assist team members in meeting project budgets.

Foster open communication across technical and business functions, including sales, operations, and quality.

Participate in continuous learning, standardization, and high-quality design with a focus on manufacturability.

Ensure compliance with safety and work regulations while maintaining departmental housekeeping standards.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on drives/systems certification.

• 15+ years of experience in related fields.
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drive Compliance and UL & CE Compliance.
• Experience with low-voltage drives and controls.
• Strong familiarity with power electronics equipment.
• Experience in a power-electronics manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical skills in electrical engineering and power electronics.

This is a Permanent position based out of Franksville, WI.
