Position Overview We are looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Charlotte, NC. The role is hybrid, with on‑site presence as needed, and involves full‑cycle recruitment throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Maintain accurate and well‑ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.
Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
Execute recruiting plans.
Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
Present at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.
Conduct regular follow‑up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Visit all hiring‑manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees.
Suggest improvements to recruitment processes, including but not limited to initial intake, design of career site, onboarding, and full candidate experience.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Skills and Abilities Expert level knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components (sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, due diligence).
Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
3 years’ full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
1‑2 years’ experience in a high‑volume and complex environment.
Experience recruiting allied health professionals preferred.
Experience with recruitment systems, preferably WorkDay.
