Per diem (0.0 FTE) position offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle

• 8-hour day and evening shifts
• Opportunity to work in a fast-paced Acute Care Department
• Weekend rotation required, with a minimum commitment of 2 weekend shifts per month and up to 4 weekend shifts per month
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care
• Ideal for clinicians looking to maintain flexibility while keeping their acute care skills sharp

Provides care that is appropriate, efficient, and effective in meeting the customer's requirements for occupational therapy in a hospital, outpatient clinic, home health, mental health, skilled nursing facility or community based settings.
Provides therapy to patients.
Generates a therapy diagnosis by gathering patient data and assessing the patient.
Provides safe patient equipment, ensures personal safety and safe work environment.
Selects and delegates appropriate tasks of the plan of care.
Coordinates care with inter-disciplinary referrals or referrals to other practitioners.
Participates in performance improvement and process improvement activities for the department.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
~0 to 2 years occupational therapist experience

Licensed Occupational Therapist - MN Department of Health required if service area is in Minnesota upon hire
Licensed Occupational Therapist - WI Dept of Safety & Professional Services required if service area is in Wisconsin upon hire
Allina in-house BLS training (within 30 days of hire)

Valid Driver’s License required upon hire - MN and WI residents must obtain a valid driver’s license in their state of residence within 60 days of employment if providing services for Home Care and Hospice
occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. Pay Range: $43.00 to $48.00 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hourly pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
