SEMAR is a leading Italian manufacturer of transformers, power supplies and magnetic components, serving customers worldwide across industrial, railway, automation and energy sectors. With manufacturing facilities in Europe, Asia and now North America, we are expanding our global footprint through the launch of a new manufacturing plant in Senatobia, Mississippi.
We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial leader to drive this exciting project.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a factory from the ground up.
The successful candidate will lead every stage of the project—from plant set-up and team recruitment to production start-up and long-term operational management.

Lead the complete start-up of the new manufacturing facility.
Recruit, develop and lead the local management and production teams.
Coordinate equipment installation and production ramp-up.
Establish KPIs, quality systems and reporting structures.
Build a strong culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
Manage production, engineering, maintenance, logistics, purchasing and warehouse activities.
Coordinate closely with the Italian headquarters during the start-up phase.
Develop relationships with local suppliers and institutions.
Ensure operational excellence, cost control and customer satisfaction.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Manufacturing Engineering (preferred).

• 8-15 years of experience in industrial manufacturing.

• Previous experience in a greenfield project or plant expansion is highly desirable.
• Fluent English required.
• Italian language is a plus
