Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

BCBA role. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped, rewarding impact without waiting months to qualify.

Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location.

Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact.

Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision.

Scheduling and Work-Life Balance Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related WFH days per year.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours.

Almost 30 days off in Year One: Holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days—rest included.

Manageable Caseloads: You’ll support up to 8 children.

Career Growth & Leadership Tracks Center Leadership: BCBA → Sr. BCBA → Assistant Clinical Director → Clinical Director → Sr. Training & Development: Compassionate Care Training in evidence-based ABA practice

Collaboration with the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality

A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, additional funds for training, and 2 paid days off for CEU events.
