Job Description

Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them meet their functional ambitions.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ proven methods to enhance patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functioning, and activities of daily living.
Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work in tandem with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to ensure holistic patient care.
Educate Patients and Caregivers: Provide training to patients and their families on therapeutic practices to promote continual progress at home.
Track Progress and Adjust Care: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment strategies to keep patients on track towards their goals.
Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
Continuing education or post-graduate certifications are encouraged and supported.
Certifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
