CodePath is looking for a Talent Sourcer who is excited about doing high-impact work in an AI-forward recruiting environment. As a member of CodePath's Talent Engagement team, you will build diverse, qualified pipelines across a wide range of functions from software engineering and data science to philanthropy, curriculum, and marketing.

Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI-assisted sourcing workflows

Craft personalized outreach messaging that converts passive talent

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to translate ambiguous role requirements into targeted search strategies

contribute to sourcing-related employer branding initiatives (up to 1 day/week)

Track and report sourcing metrics to demonstrate pipeline health and activity

2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or internship counts)

LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency

Strong written communication for candidate outreach

Comfortable operating with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Genuine connection to CodePath’s mission to transform computer science education

For this role, we’re hiring for a junior level position at an annual salary of $60,000 to $70,000. If you choose to complete this survey, your responses may be used to identify areas of improvement in our hiring process.
