We're hiring! Beacon Hill has partnered with fortune 500 company in hiring a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to start immediately. Join a dynamic talent acquisition team and play a key role in helping a leading organization attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple business units. This contract opportunity offers the chance to partner with hiring leaders, manage full‑cycle recruiting, and make an immediate impact on the company's growth.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional, corporate, and operational positions.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce planning initiatives, and position requirements.

Create and post job advertisements across internal and external recruiting platforms.

Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

Review resumes and applications to identify top talent and assess candidate qualifications.

Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Guide candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Present qualified candidates and provide hiring managers with candidate summaries and recommendations.

Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.

Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Partner with HR and business leaders to support recruiting initiatives and hiring goals.

Analyze recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress, candidate flow, and market trends.

Support high‑volume recruiting projects and hiring initiatives as needed.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.

Experience recruiting within a large corporate environment preferred.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Strong interviewing, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting technologies.

Experience recruiting across various functions and levels preferred.
