Position Details As a Dining Server in our senior living facility, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent dining service to residents in a courteous, efficient, and professional manner. You will ensure residents enjoy a pleasant dining experience while respecting dietary restrictions and personal preferences.

Duties & Responsibilities Take food and beverage orders, serve meals, and assist residents with menu choices.

Interact with residents politely, addressing their needs and concerns.

Provide personalized attention, catering to dietary requirements and special requests.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining cleanliness of dining areas.

Communicate residents’ feedback and requests effectively to the team.

Engage residents in friendly conversations, fostering a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.

Assist with special events and themed meals, including décor and buffet setup.

Teamwork and collaboration with dining servers, chefs, and supervisors.

Adaptability to changing schedules, menus, and resident preferences.

Problem‑solving abilities to address issues or complaints.

Hygiene and safety compliance, reporting hazards promptly.

Retirement community serving senior adults in independent, assisted and skilled nursing settings.

Equipment: Robot AI Server Assistant.

Enrolled in high school or high school diploma; Related Skills and Experience Previous experience in food service or customer service roles (preferred).

Knowledge of safe food handling practices and sanitation standards.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift trays or equipment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
