Lead Manufacturing Electrician

Lead Electrician - $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Qualified candidates hired for the Lead Electrician position are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus .

$MILO Live is a premier design and manufacturing company of quality and innovative live fire Modular Containerized Small Arms Training Sets (MCSATS® /RR), Modular Shooting Ranges, brick and mortar ranges, shooting range equipment, and HVAC supply. We have been directly involved with the design, manufacture, and installation of equipment of over 180 modular shooting range systems and over 600 different brick and mortar ranges. MILO Live has an in-house HVAC company as part of our service, which promotes our extensive background in metal fabrication, HVAC design, and installation. Milo Live has the skills, experience, and background to design and build custom, convenient products to meet all of our customers' needs.

Installs power supply wiring and conduit for module ranges.
Connects power supply to machines and building equipment, and connects cables and wires between machines and equipment.
Diagnoses malfunctioning apparatus, including transformers, motors, motor starters, MCC panels, MCC circuits, variable frequency drives, and lighting fixtures, and replaces damaged or broken wires and cables.
Review electrical projects for compliance to code (NEC) and MMD specifications and Safety Policies
Replaces faulty electrical components of machines such as relays, switches, and motors, positions sensing devices, printed circuit boards, etc.
Plans layout of wiring and installs wiring, conduit, and electrical apparatus in the ranges.
Responsible for maintaining tools and equipment in good operating condition and for keeping the work area neat, clean, and orderly.
Planning to be in conjunction with a weekly meeting with the shop foreman and the production supervisor. Administers daily work plans, tasks, and materials to all people on their team. Follows up at the end of each day (minimum) to confirm that people are achieving their goals and meeting quality standards as instructed.
Creates job material lists for each project and orders all materials.
Ensures materials and planning are sufficiently far in advance to maintain efficiency in tasking.
Ensures the team knows what projects they are working on and that they are clocking in and out of those jobs properly.
Take responsibility for the performance of each member of their team.
Reports back to the Shop Foreman all performance goal achievements on a daily basis. Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English
Willing to travel to client sites for installation, and possessing a passport is preferred
