This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Pittsburgh, PA. As a Recruiter, you will identify and attract top talent for various client roles through sourcing, screening, and interview coordination. You will foster professional relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Additional tasks include maintaining detailed records of recruitment activities, strategizing to meet client needs, and staying informed about market trends to effectively match candidates with open positions.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
Knowledge in employment laws, labor market trends, and hiring best practices
Previous staffing agency experience is a plus but not required
Associates degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
