Dental Health Hygienist

Role Overview: We seek a dedicated Dental Hygienist to be an essential part of our patient care team. The role involves providing exceptional preventive dental services, educating patients on oral health, and supporting overall treatment plans. You will work collaboratively in a supportive environment, utilizing advanced dental technology and adhering to best clinical practices.
Key Responsibilities Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleanings, screenings, and patient education.
Maintain accurate medical and dental records, and promote lifelong oral health habits.
Utilize digital tools such as digital x-rays, scanners, and diagnostic equipment.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care.
Support a positive, patient-focused experience and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills Licensed Dental Hygienist with IN credentials and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
CPR certification.
Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists.
Preferred experience with dental technology and electronic records systems.
Outgoing, team-oriented, and committed to ongoing clinical growth.
Physical & Additional Requirements Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
Prolonged sitting and standing; ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
Availability for periodic training sessions.
TB test prior to employment as per safety protocols.
