Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist II to support our client's healthcare facility in Houston, TX 77095. Job Details: Schedule: M-F 8a-5p Central Standard w/ rotational Saturday Location: Houston, TX 77095 Job Type: Local contract Contract Length: 12 Week/s Pay Range: 19.38/Hour - 22.53/Hour *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education. The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is responsible for performing blood collections, specimen processing, and patient registration activities while ensuring accuracy, quality, and excellent customer service. The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood collections and prepare specimens for testing.

Provide professional and compassionate patient care while explaining collection procedures.

Process clinical and forensic specimens following established policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Support multiple locations as needed while maintaining quality, accuracy, and excellent customer service.

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and data entry skills.
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred.
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between work locations.
