Position Summary: The Maintenance Tech is responsible for providing day to day maintenance operations of commercial properties, ensuring all building systems and infrastructure are functioning efficiently and safely. This role includes hands-on maintenance work. Sweep/Blow/Power wash building entryways & patio
Police garage, parking garage stairwells, loading docks/dumpster areas, grounds around the buildings, & highway frontage.
Ensure all electrical closets, janitor closets, roof access, building storage, and loading docks are secure and all hazards are removed.
Only ladders, carts, and light bulbs are allowed in electrical closets. Grounds maintenance, power washing and minor plumbing as needed
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or facilities maintenance preferred.
Experience in commercial property maintenance,
Strong working knowledge of building systems and general maintenance practices.
Daily pay is available for all team members.
