Project Manager Mid | Utility Infrastructure Projects We’re seeking a Project Manager Mid to support large-scale utility infrastructure initiatives focused on substation and transmission projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong project manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys leading cross-functional teams through complex engineering projects.
This onsite role is based in Oakbrook Terrace, IL and offers long-term contract potential with strong extension and conversion opportunities.

Lead utility infrastructure projects from initiation through completion
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
Communicate project updates, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability across teams
Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and status updates
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and best practices

5–10 years of project management experience

• Utility industry project management experience preferred
• Experience with substation and/or transmission projects
• PMP Certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Discipline, or Project Management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and motivation
• Proficiency with project management tools and software
