Being a strategic partner for hiring managers, capable of driving full-cycle recruitment across multiple markets, with a strong focus on headhunting top talent in IT and Fintech. Act as a consultative talent advisor by evaluating and improving recruitment processes, optimizing hiring strategies, and driving operational excellence and Technology hiring.

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple markets.

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.
• Partner closely with Technology leaders to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and stakeholder experience.
• Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and hiring data to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and support data-informed hiring decisions.
• Recommend and implement scalable recruiting best practices, tools, and process improvements to support organizational growth and hiring scalability.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking to support workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen candidate experience and employer branding across talent markets.
