Position: Residential Carpenter

Pay Range: $25-$32 per hour, depending on experience + Year-End Bonus Opportunities

Eicher Builder is seeking a highly skilled Residential Carpenter to contribute to our team of craftsmen delivering exceptional high-end residential projects across Fauquier, Loudoun, Culpeper, and Rappahannock counties. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded carpenter with at least 5 years of experience in custom home building and finishing is preferred, capable of handling a wide range of framing and trim tasks with precision and pride. This is a full-time field position requiring travel to job sites throughout our service area.

Read and interpret blueprints for framing, trim, cabinetry, and layout work.

Install kitchen cabinets to design specifications.

Frame walls, floor decks, and set trusses.

Experience with exterior cornice and siding installation around entire home perimeters.

Work independently or as part of a crew, taking initiative to complete tasks professionally and efficiently.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential construction is preferred.

Strong understanding of all phases of carpentry, from rough framing to intricate finish work.
