Health lab registered nurse

Cath Lab Nurse / Interventional Radiology Nurse Assignment Duration This is a 91-day contract position.
Schedule Day Shift: 4x10 Hour (07:00 - 19:30). One weekday and one weekend of on-call requirement per month.
Job Description We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Nurse or Interventional Radiology Nurse to provide specialized care in a fast-paced environment. The role requires expertise in cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology, and related procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, communication abilities, and a focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities Administer blood and blood products.
Perform cardioversion and defibrillation procedures.
Utilize cooling and warming blankets as needed.
Obtain and interpret 12 Lead EKGs.
Assist in catheterization and interventional radiology procedures.
Monitor patients undergoing procedural sedation.
Manage and interpret dysrhythmias effectively.
Participate in multidisciplinary patient care teams.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology setting.
ACLS and BLS certifications required.
Active compact nursing license honored by all facilities.
