RN ER Night-shift Weekends

Job Description Take on a fast-paced, high-acuity travel contract with a 12-hour mids schedule (7:00 PM–7:00 AM), designed for professionals who thrive on momentum and precision. This role supports a busy 41-bed unit serving approximately 135 patients per day, with a 4:1 patient ratio. Your work will center on care for patients with stroke, ACS, diabetic needs, and AKD, with the facility actively pursuing level 3 trauma status. Assignments also align with services associated with a Primary Stroke Center and a Chest Pain center, with a 24/7 Cath Lab and Level 3 NICU.

Weekend coverage is required, following a 6-shifts-per-6-week schedule. If you bring strong acute-care trauma interest—plus the readiness to function confidently across stroke and chest pain pathways—this assignment offers a unique mix of critical-thinking, rapid assessment, and variety in patient needs. (One small nod to the night shift: you’ll be the calm, steady presence when the rest of the world is winding down.)
