Performs a variety of duties in and around Oak Hammock including repairs and maintains pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and waste water disposal in residential, commons and healthcare buildings.
Troubleshoots and repairs stoppages, breaks or leaks in waste, water, vent, return lines and medical gas systems.
Winterizes plumbing systems susceptible to damage.
Performance Conditions:
Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing. Possibly hazardous due to equipment failure, electrical shock, heavy lifting, falls or burns.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Specialized training, certification, licensure or schooling preferred
2 -3 years of residential or commercial experience.
